The DIO96 is a digital I/O board. Each channel represents a single boolean value that may be mapped to a digital I/O point. This configuration of the board allows each port of 24-bits to have its I/O direction to be set independently. This configuration requires use of Concurrent’s driver rather than the NIDAQmx driver.
