Launches MATLAB on the local machine.
The first time MATLAB is launched a file browser will be presented to allow the user to specify where the MATLAB executable is. Subsequent launches will use that path without prompting.
To change the path once it is set via the above mechanism, select the Select MATLAB Path... item from the Resources menu.
