Displays some static text.
Static Text cannot be connected to a variable.

Text to display. HTML tags may be used to format the text by prefixing the text with “<html>”
Align the text within the horizontal width of the widget (left, center, or right).
Align the text within the vertical height of the widget (top, center, or bottom).
Font of the static text.
Color of the static text.
Background color of the widget. When the color is set to none by clicking on the 
button, the background color or image will show in the back of the static text.
